24 Frames is a student filmmaking organization of CIIT College of Arts and Technology, one of the top Multimedia Art schools located in Quezon City, Philippines. The organization was founded by Josh Fernandez on June 14, 2014, it was established to help Multimedia art students who are willing to improve their skills in filmmaking, particularly in camera works, scriptwriting and post-production.

Amidst mainstream films upheaval, 24 Frames believed that it should be started within the Filipino art students in the 21st Century to fight back the former glory of Philippine cinema. Fernandez, now Founding President Emeritus, a multidisciplinary artist and visionary who wanted to contribute something that would improve the story of the next generation of Filipinos by supporting his industry and its fellow filmmakers. The battle cry, burden, and calling of 24 Frames is to lift up Filipino talents in cinematography, filmmaking and film conceptualizations to inspire people and give an impact for the Filipino people as well.
